• Central Luzon (Region III): Paniqui, Tarlac; San Jose, Nueva Ecija
• CALABARZON (Region IV-A): Laguna (Cabuyao, Sta. Cruz)
• MIMAROPA (Region IV-B): Palawan
• Bicol Region (Region V): Legazpi City; Tabaco City; Sorsogon City
• Western Visayas (Region VI): Roxas City; Silay
• Zamboanga Peninsula (Region IX): Dipolog City
• Davao Region (Region XI): Panabo City, Davao

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them
• Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customers share of wallet
• Mentor and coach the branch sales team
• Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships
• Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank
• Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the bank's Service Pillars and Service Standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or any related field
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role within the banking industry
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering lasting customer relationships.
