The Branch Customer Service Head is responsible for managing the full branch operations management which includes planning, organizing and implementation of back office duties and responsibilities. Implements initiatives to achieve annual.

Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Management with a major in Marketing or any 4-year business-related course. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience. 3. Must have knowledge of Inventory Management, Process Documentation, 5S Compliance, People Management, Cash Management, and Customer Service Management. 4. Must be able to perform Administrative Work, Record Keeping, Critical Thinking, and Strategic and Business Planning. 5. Must be results-oriented, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and computer literate. 6. Familiarity with computer programs is required.
