Branch Associate - Accounting (Bacolod)

Location: Warehouse 1A and 2A, Purok Katilingban II, Brgy. 39 Lacson St. Bacolod City

Reporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager

The Branch Associate (Accounting) executes accounting processes which includes documentation, collection, returns process, DR transmittal and Delivery Receipt (DR) Checking of FSPs.

Other responsibilities include:

• Continuity Plan (BCP), safety protocols, and government/LGU regulations.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing processes, including issuance of sales invoices and credit memos, and preparation of accurate and timely monthly reports.
• Oversee document control and compliance, including filing of sales invoices and delivery receipts (DRs) in line with BIR requirements.
• Handle collections management by preparing payment and collection receipts, verifying and recording transactions in SFA, ensuring timely deposits, and submitting collection reports.
• Administer delivery receipt (DR) processes, including weekly transmittals to FSPs, monthly reconciliation, and reporting of discrepancies.
• Process customer returns (e.g., pullouts, canceled DRs) accurately and within set timelines.
• Provide operational support and continuity by assuming Branch Associate responsibilities as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across branch operations, including processes, systems, and resource optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably accounting or business management graduate
