Position: Branch Ambassador

Location: Zamboanga-Jaldon, Zamboanga Del Sur

Job Type: Probationary

Job Summary: Responsible for administration and efficient operation of the Branch Delivery System, delivery of platform services, account opening and in-house sales, cash management at branch level, participation in the administrative proceedings, CX experience and serves as the CAO of the branch.

What You'll Do

• Build and strengthen client relationships while promoting the bank's products and services.
• Ensure smooth and accurate branch transactions and daily operations.
• Manage cash, vault, and ATM operations following bank policies and controls.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate timely resolution of service requests.
• Support, coach, and supervise Junior Ambassadors to deliver excellent customer service.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in banking operations, branch servicing, or sales.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of cash management, branch controls, and compliance standards.
• Leadership and team management experience is an advantage.
