Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the design, development and implementation of engaging training curricula and materials for new hires and existing employees
  • Deliver effective training sessions to diverse groups of learners, adapting your approach to meet individual needs
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help employees enhance their performance and reach their full potential
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and ensure programmes are aligned with business objectives
  • Support the management of training records, schedules and budgets
  • Share best practices and innovations with the wider training team to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a BPO training or L&D role, preferably within the contact centre or customer service industry
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and design tailored solutions
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and training administration processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Passion for learning and development, with a drive to continually enhance your own skills and those of others
