Your Role
As a
BPO Trainer, you will:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions using adult learning methodologies.
- Assess training needs by collaborating with Operations, Quality, and various stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps.
- Create and update training materials, facilitator guides, job aids, and e-learning content.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor trainee progress through coaching, feedback, and performance metrics.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Proven experience as a Training Officer, Trainer, or similar learning and development role.
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end training programs.
- Excellent facilitation skills for both classroom and virtual training environments.
- Proficiency in creating training materials, job aids, and managing LMS data.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience in conducting training needs analysis (TNA) and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
- Experience collaborating with Quality and Operations teams to implement targeted learning interventions.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on training metrics, completion rates, and performance trends.
- Background in supporting change management or career development initiatives.
