How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Enter quotations for office furniture using Hedberg and populate spreadsheets
- Confirm and process orders in a timely manner
- Track the status of orders and coordinate shipping schedules with vendors
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Gather and disseminate sales information to relevant parties
- Report important issues to supervisors or account managers
What You Must Possess
- BPO Sales or office administration experience (at least 1 year)
- Associate or bachelor's degree (preferable)
- High-level understanding of the English language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Procore and Hedberg
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Office apps
- Keen to detail with the ability to talk to a customer/vendor would be the most important.
- Customer-centric attitude
- A high level of organizational skills and ability to follow protocols.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet client deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Collaboration and relationship-building skills
