BPO Operations Specialist - Cebu based Japanese Company

About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Operations Specialist to manage and execute internal B2B digital operations.

This is an internal execution-focused role.

No client-facing responsibilities.

You will work directly under a Japanese CEO and ensure daily operations are executed accurately and consistently.

This is not a planning or strategy position.

This role focuses on precision and execution.

In the beginning, your primary goal will be to master operational tasks and execute them with perfect accuracy.

As we are a startup, we are also looking for someone who is interested in taking on a leadership role within approximately six months, helping build and manage our Cebu team.

Manager opportunities will be determined based on performance after joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily B2B online operational tasks
• Manage and complete assigned daily tasks
• Data input, update, and management
• KPI tracking and report updates
• Initial setup tasks for new projects
• Internal tool management
