Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our BPO Operations Associate Manager - Sales Account role.
About the Role: As a BPO Operations Associate Manager - Sales Account, you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Support
Training and Development:
Design and deliver training programs for sales teams, including onboarding for new hires
Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with sales leadership/client counterpart to align enablement strategies with business goals.
Develop and implement sales enablement programs to drive revenue growth
Provide ongoing coaching and skill development to enhance sales capabilities.
Develop sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources to support the sales process.
Ensure that sales teams have access to the latest tools, templates, and materials.
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
At least 7 years overall experience
With 2 years of relevant experience in BPO Sales
With at least 5 years supervisory experience
Open to any industry
OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Rotation
Project Rest Day: Rotation
Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 1
