Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collections for healthcare unpaid claims, interacting with customers to gather supporting data and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Provide input to policies, systems, methods, and procedures for effective premium collection management.
  • Educate customers on online applications for submitting claims and remitting payments.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed.
  • Prepare invoices and reconcile billing with accounts receivables.
  • Perform quality assurance and audit of collection activities.
  • Review contracts for payment disputes and verify claim status with insurance providers.
  • Process claims payments and follow up on unpaid claims.
  • Handle blended account processes including documents, emails, and calls.
  • Perform tasks under moderate supervision, with higher-level tasks guided by supervisors.
