We are looking for a Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and process improvement within the organization. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to generate insights, build reports, and support business performance enhancements.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights through clear data storytelling. Weekly and periodic reports should include recommendations that help improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, analyze, and maintain operational data
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Support data modeling, transformation, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve reporting tools
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and validation
- Deliver clear and concise data storytelling with business recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a data-driven BPO/operations role
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., BigQuery)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Lightning, Experience Cloud)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
