Job Overview
We are hiring a
Philippines-based BPO Appointment Setter & Recruiter who will handle both recruitment and operational responsibilities. This role requires working closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth hiring processes and day-to-day operational activities within the company, while working a fixed shift of
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Philippines Time).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles including Customer Service Representatives, Inside Sales Representatives, and Appointment Setters
- Source high-quality candidates from the Philippines using platforms such as Bossjob, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other hiring channels
- Ensure hiring of candidates who can effectively contribute to sales performance and appointment conversions
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on communication skills, sales aptitude, and role fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes efficiently
- Work closely with the HR Manager to improve hiring strategies and meet team expansion targets
- Support day-to-day operational and coordination tasks within the company
- Assist in maintaining recruitment trackers, reports, and basic HR documentation
- Help ensure smooth communication and workflow between hiring and operations teams
- Take ownership of assigned administrative and operational responsibilities to support overall business functions
