BPM Supervisor

WE'RE HIRING | BPM SUPERVISOR

Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation (CREC) is looking for a BPM Supervisor to join our team and help drive process excellence, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

As a BPM Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating Business Process Management initiatives across operational, financial, and support functions.

Key responsibilities include:

▪ Lead process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across departments

▪ Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and control gaps

▪ Support the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures

▪ Monitor process compliance and non-conformance and track corrective and preventive actions

▪ Conduct BPM audits and provide recommendations to strengthen processes and controls

▪ Facilitate BPM training, workshops, and awareness programs

▪ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure processes are aligned with business objectives and governance standards

▪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field

▪ 3–5 years of experience in Business Process Management, Internal Audit, or related functions

▪ Strong knowledge of process mapping, documentation, and improvement methodologies

▪ Experience in gap analysis, root cause analysis, and control assessment

▪ Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 45001 and 14001) and governance frameworks is preferred

▪ Proficiency in process documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and MS Office/Excel

▪ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

▪ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
