Boomi Developer

Design, develop, and maintain Boomi integrations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.

Optimize existing Boomi processes and implement enhancements as needed.

Document integration workflows, configurations, and technical specifications.

Support Workforce Management initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate data exchange across platforms.

Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Work in a team environment, reporting to the WFM Dev & Maintenance IT Delivery Manager.

Must be able to make sound decisions based on incomplete information, under pressure and maintain project focus.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of similar Time & Attendance, Labor Scheduling and Forecasting, or Contracts systems

Experience in retail, grocery, or large enterprise environments.

Familiarity with cloud-based HR and payroll systems.

Understanding of data security and compliance in HR integrations.

Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
