Job Description

Role snapshot

  • Dayshift, Full time, Onsite (Iloilo Office)
  • At least 1 year of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and financial records
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Comfortable using Excel for reconciliations and data checking
  • Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is an advantage

What you'll be working on:

Bookkeeping & Day-to-Day Accounting

  • Process invoices, match purchase orders, and support Accounts Payable activities.
  • Allocate customer payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process invoice adjustments, credit notes, and supplier/customer finance documentation.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, corporate credit cards, and other transactions.
  • Follow up outstanding payments and aged receivables.

Reconciliations & Month-End

  • Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist with intercompany reconciliations, prepayments, accruals, and month-end schedules.
  • Prepare supporting workpapers and assist with month-end journals.
  • Investigate discrepancies and reconciliation differences.
  • Support monthly management accounts and reporting.

Project & Revenue Reconciliations

  • Reconcile sales and financial data across different systems.
  • Identify and investigate differences between records.
  • Support project revenue, cost, and other financial reconciliations.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with bank reconciliation, AP, invoices, or month-end accounting
  • Good foundation in accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Good Excel skills, particularly for reconciliations and data checking
  • Able to identify and investigate discrepancies
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication
