What You'll Do

• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Process Payments: Collect and record customer payments, assist with payment processing, and ensure transactions are documented accurately.
• Manage Billing and Follow-Ups: Track outstanding invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and help ensure customer accounts stay up to date.
• Maintain Financial Records: Assist with bookkeeping, accounts receivable, transaction tracking, and accurate financial documentation.
• Coordinate with Customers and Vendors: Address billing questions, communicate payment updates, and resolve account-related concerns professionally.
• Support Daily Operations: Keep records organized and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Learn and Oversee AI Systems: Receive training to help monitor and oversee the company's AI system as part of your responsibilities.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in customer service, particularly in handling payments, billing inquiries, and payment follow-ups.
• Experience with bookkeeping, accounts receivable, invoicing, or payment processing.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers about invoices and outstanding balances.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when tracking payments and maintaining records.
• The ability to follow up consistently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of customer accounts.
• Comfort learning new software and systems, including AI-powered tools.
• Experience in the electrical, lighting supply, distribution, or commercial industry is a plus.
