Overview:
Our client is a family-owned manufacturing business based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The company has recently downsized and is looking to rebuild their administrative and financial operations team with remote support. We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping and Administration Specialist (MoneyWorks) to support daily financial and administrative operations in a remote environment. This role involves invoice and receipt processing, account reconciliations, document management, and assisting with monthly taxation and reporting requirements while maintaining accurate records and organizational standards. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of bookkeeping experience, strong data entry and administrative skills, and the ability to work independently, with experience in MoneyWorks and Australian accounting practices considered an advantage.
Schedule: Flexible schedule, 20 hours per week | Part-Time, Monday to Friday | AEST
