Location: Philippines
Work Arrangement: Remote, Full-time
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT
Salary Range: Php 55,000 - Php 71,000

We are seeking an organized and proactive Bookkeeper to join our growing remote accounting team. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day transaction processing, full-cycle accounts receivable management, and general ledger maintenance for our international clients. Operating on an ideal dayshift schedule, this position is custom-built for a detail-driven finance professional who excels at resolving customer inquiries, has a strong command of double-entry accounting, and thrives in a modern ERP environment.

Your Impact

  • Accounts Receivable Mastery: Manage the processing and collection lifecycle of accounts receivable. Track overdue invoices systematically and execute professional debt-collection follow-ups to keep past-due balances to a minimum.

  • Customer Dispute Resolution: Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer and supplier billing inquiries, providing timely, clear, and professional answers to resolve ledger variances.

  • Ledger Stewardship: Process daily cashbook transactions, accounts payable updates, standard accruals, and general journals. Perform rigorous sub-ledger and general ledger reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

  • Audit & Compliance Support: Assist leadership with year-end audit preparations, compilation of source data, and operational financial reporting as requested.

  • Administration Anchor: Complete all accounts documentation, filing structures, and relevant financial administrative tasks ahead of strict processing deadlines.

  • Versatile Contributor: Collaborate closely with the broader finance team on processing routines and handle ad-hoc bookkeeping duties as directed.

What You Bring

  • The Experience:Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or transactional corporate accounting, preferably within a shared services environment or supporting international clients.

  • ERP Environment Fluency: Solid practical knowledge of core business software functions (Cashbook, AR, AP, GL). Prior exposure to Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar enterprise ERP platforms is a major advantage.

  • Accounting Foundation: A thorough understanding of general accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping, general journals, and structured account reconciliations.

  • Tech Stack Proficiency: High competency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially intermediate Excel data functions (sorting, filtering, and workbook management) and Microsoft Word.

  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a comfortable and tactful approach to corporate debt collections and vendor interactions.

  • Autonomous Execution: A highly organized, self-directed working style with sharp attention to detail and the ability to hit targets independently while remaining a collaborative remote team player.

  • The Credentials: A Certificate in Accounting, Diploma of Accounting, or an equivalent business or financial qualification.
