The Role
At SellerX we are growing our
Finance Department and now we are looking for an
Bookkeeper (x/f/m) to join our team. You will help us maintain accurate and timely records of our financial transactions.
Your Responsibilities In Detail
- Post and reconcile bank transactions, including cash pool header account and intercompany transactions, using accounting software NetSuite
- Post and reconcile debit card transactions for the entire group
- Chase and collect receipts for debit card transactions and post them with correct VAT treatment
- Send out debit card statements to each entity accountant and work closely with them on any debit card queries
- Assist in preparing profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare a review of accounts payable postings that need to be reanalyzed to other entities for review by team lead
- Assist accountant in reviewing profit and loss and balance sheet on a monthly basis and explain monthly movements
- Assist with intercompany reconciliations and ensure balances are reconciled
- Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documents and schedules
Your Background
To join our team, you bring along
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or other related finance courses
- 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge in NetSuite software is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
