Bookkeeper (Property Management)

Help Keep a Growing Property Portfolio Organized

Behind every well-managed property is accurate financial data. We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day financial operations by accurately entering invoices, reconciling bank accounts, and maintaining organized financial records.

What You'll Do

  • Enter vendor invoices and financial data accurately.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and review transactions.
  • Process and track invoices and payments.
  • Review and record credit card transactions.
  • Monitor utility payments and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Keep financial records organized and up to date.
  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks across multiple properties.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or data entry experience.
  • Experience processing invoices and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with RealPage or similar property management software is a plus.
  • Property management or real estate experience is preferred but not required.
