Your Role
- Process supplier bills using Dext and Ezzybills software check coding of the supplier, invoice date, due date, account codes, and GST.
- Reconcile supplier bills to statements each month and identify errors in data entry or any missing bills/credit notes
- Enter customer sales into Xero from various point-of-sale software reports or client reports
- Entering employee timesheets into Xero and processing payroll for Australian payroll
- Setting up new employees in the payroll system
- Reconciliation of bank account transactions
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- 2 3 years of experience with Xero
- Very good English, exceptional attention to detail, good problem solving
- Timeliness of task completion
- Knowledge/training in Australian business bookkeeping (GST, Payroll, etc)
