Job Summary:
The Bookkeeper is responsible for executing recurring bookkeeping workflows across multiple healthcare client accounts. This role ensures accurate accounts payable, daily banking, invoice validation, and financial documentation within QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365.
Job Description:
• Manage finance inboxes, pulling, filing, and processing invoices.
• Enter bills, expenses, and corrections into QuickBooks Online accurately.
• Perform daily banking (2 hours/day) and monitor transactions.
• Process accounts payable and validate invoices, including W9 collection as needed.
• Track all work in Microsoft Planner and maintain SOP adherence using Microsoft Loop.
• Follow file organization and naming conventions with precision.
• Handle confidential financial information with discretion and reliability.
• Execute assigned tasks independently without daily supervision.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrates strong knowledge in bill and expense entry, documentation attachment, payroll entry, bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through on recurring deadlines.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage recurring workload.
• Discipline to follow structured processes, task tracking, and SOPs.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
Screening Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Planner, Loop).
• Must have stable employment history.
