What You'll Do
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate supplier statements
- Ensure all income and expense records are accurately maintained and properly documented
- Communicate proactively to clarify discrepancies or gather missing information when needed
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative and finance-related tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and discretion
- Contribute to efficient financial processes while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Key Criteria
- 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related finance/accounting role
- Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience using Xero
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or higher qualification
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours of 9am - 4pm (7am–4 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
