What You'll Do

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate supplier statements
  • Ensure all income and expense records are accurately maintained and properly documented
  • Communicate proactively to clarify discrepancies or gather missing information when needed
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative and finance-related tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and discretion
  • Contribute to efficient financial processes while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team culture

Key Criteria

  • 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related finance/accounting role
  • Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience using Xero
  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or higher qualification
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel

Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours of 9am - 4pm (7am–4 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
