Booking Sales Agent, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing bookings for our diverse range of retail products and services. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

1. Handling incoming customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and other communication channels

2. Processing orders and managing booking schedules in a timely and efficient manner

3. Providing detailed product information and tailored recommendations to customers

4. Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of booked services

5. Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities

6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records

7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of booking processes and customer satisfaction

Qualification

1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales or booking role, preferably in the retail industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

4. Proficiency in using booking and customer management systems

5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

6. A positive, customer-centric attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service
