Our client, a growing company in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is looking for an experienced
Energy Foreman to oversee boiler operations and support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
This role is ideal for a
Licensed Engineer with hands-on experience in
boiler operations, utilities, maintenance coordination, and manpower supervision. You will play a key role in monitoring boiler performance, coordinating daily operations and maintenance activities, supervising manpower, troubleshooting operational concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe and efficient performance.
- Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments.
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities.
- Monitor boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support troubleshooting and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare operational and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth plant operations.
Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
- At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in boiler operations
- Strong knowledge of boiler systems (Coal-Fired / Chain Grate Boilers preferred)
- Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports
- Troubleshooting skills are an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
