- Coordinate and process insurance claims for body paint services
- Communicate with customers regarding claim requirements, updates, and approvals
- Liaise with insurance companies to ensure proper documentation and claim resolution
- Maintain accurate records of claims, supporting documents, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the body paint team for claim-related tasks
- Assist in preparing reports on claim status and outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
Experience in insurance processing or automotive services is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recordkeeping systems
