Primarily responsible for generating repair referrals through coordination with offsite accredited insurance providers. Acts as a liaison between insurance providers and customers regarding Letter of Authority (LOA) processing, status, and approval.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four year course
- With related automotive working experience
- With valid driver's license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
