Work Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Dayshift)

Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig

Work Arrangement: Temporary Onsite (Hybrid after training)

About the Role: We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our global company. This role focuses on accurate and timely billing, contract management, and client coordination while offering opportunities for growth and cross-training.

Key Responsibilities:

Process service billing and invoices with accuracy and timeliness

Handle meter readings and maintain documentation/trackers

Manage emails and prepare invoice adjustments

Upload invoices to customer portals and generate reports

Support contract creation, renewals, and warranty extensions

Assist with cost centre billing and non-contractual service billing

Coordinate with clients (minimal outbound calls)

Maintain machine and contract records

Qualifications & Experience

Participate in cross-training and support other team functions

Bachelor's degree in finance or any discipline

2 3 years relevant working experience in sales order processing and customer service would be advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge

Good command of spoken and written English

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure.
