Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of BIM/Revit experience.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
Experience with Navisworks Manage is an advantage.
Familiarity with BIM standards and workflows.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience using ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) platform
Experience working on European (EU) projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation.
Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural).
Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues.
Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards.
Update models based on design revisions and client comments.
Generate schedules, quantities, and documentation from BIM models.
Coordinate with engineers and project teams throughout the design process.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings when required.
