Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines for a BIM Technical Architect. The role involves producing and managing architectural and construction drawings using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants on project designs, preparing submittals, and ensuring that all work complies with relevant standards and specifications. The BIM Technical Architect will take an active role in developing technical solutions to design challenges and will be responsible for the quality and accuracy of project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Proficiency in Architecture and design principles
• Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Expertise in REVIT, NAVISWORK and related software tools
• Experience in preparing Submittals and technical documentation
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and design quality
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in 3D modelling and visualisation tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, with relevant work experience
• Knowledge of industry standards and local building codes
