Job Objectives:

Accurately interpret plans, convert PDF file to DWG file, create construction documents from 3D models based on LODs set by the clients, and Deliver projects on time and work quickly and efficiently. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or in similar field of expertise
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Construction Management
• Familiar and Proficient with the following program/application: Revit MEP /Naviswork/BIM 360 and other BIM related tools
• The candidate must be enthusiastic and proactive, moreover possess a strong sense of malasakit attitude and integrity
• Willing to work at any project site
