- Producing BIM Models for Mechanical and Plumbing services using Revit / ArchiCAD.
- Provides drafting and BIM support to Singapore team on the agreed schedule
- Liaison with project team members internal and client side.
- Preparing plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings.
- Develop general arrangement drawings from engineers sketches and other design team member drawings and details and develop sketches into coordinated building details.
- Provide BIM Modeling and BIM Model Coordination works
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must possess at least Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or BS in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of advanced and progressive experience in BIM technologies with hands-on experience in the Mechanical and Electrical discipline.
- Trained and proficient in ArchiCAD experienced advantageous.
- Experienced in producing drawings from BIM Models.
