BIM Modeller (UD2 C&S)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller / CAD Drafter (C&S) to support our Singapore Civil & Structural (C&S) team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high‑quality BIM models, detailed drawings, and quantity schedules while working closely with multidisciplinary teams locally and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce BIM models including preparation of general arrangement plans and schedules
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team
• Produce detailed drawings using CAD
• Generate quantity schedules using BIM tools
• Perform BIM modelling and coordination works
• Collaborate and coordinate with Civil & Structural, Architectural, and MEP teams, both locally and overseas
• Ensure drawings and models meet project requirements, standards, and deadlines

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Experience in BIM modelling and CAD drafting (C&S discipline)
• Proficiency in relevant BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)
• Familiarity with producing quantity take‑offs and schedules using BIM
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work with multi‑disciplinary teams
• Good attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
