NEMY AS, a Norwegian company (with representative offices in Philippines - Davao and Alabang), is in search of BIM RESOURCE.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent wide experience
- Experience of at least 2-5 years of experience in BIM Modeller Role
- Hands-on working experience with understanding on Building Information Modelling (BIM) concepts, workflows & lifecycle
- Familiarity with Level of Development (LOD) standards (e.g., LOD 100500)
- Experience with Autodesk Revit & BIM 360/ACC. Dynamo is optional but is a plus
- Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate with site teams to capture physical asset data for use in as-built models and facility management integration.
- Assist in scan-to-BIM workflows, including processing point cloud data and aligning it within the project coordinate system.
- Ability to do Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
- With Strong problem solving skills; Recognizes and acts on opportunities; adjust direction when situation warrants
- Can report onsite either in Alabang or Davao office from Monday to Friday 3pm to 12midnight Ph time
