What You'll Do:
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, BIM-driven environment, building and enhancing your skills.
- Create and model MEPF families and elements (LOD100-500).
- Read, interpret, and create Architectural and MEPF drawings such as Engineering and Construction drawings, MEP riser diagrams, and Schedules.
- Conduct clash detections and coordinate with different disciplines to ensure project success.
- Work with international BIM standards and ISO19650 practices.
- Gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms like BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Who You Are:
- Graduate ofBS Architecture,BS Engineering,BS Mechanical/Electrical, or related fields.
- Years of Experience:
- 3 yearsfor BIM Modeller
- 5 yearsfor BIM Coordinator
- 8 yearsfor BIM Manager
- Hands-on experience withPoint Cloud ProjectsandAutodesk ReCap Prois a definite advantage!
- Proficient inRevit,Navisworks, andMS Office. Experience with Sketchup, Rhino, or other modeling software is a plus.
- Experience withRevit MEPFand landscaping That's a bonus!
- Strong communicator, fluent inEnglish(both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with strongcritical thinkingskills, always spotting potential errors and seeking better solutions.
- Adaptable to different project types, team sizes, and workflows.
