Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler role based in Pasig. The BIM Modeler will develop and maintain detailed 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines. Responsibilities include interpreting design inputs and construction drawings, updating models through all project stages, and supporting clash detection and design reviews. The role involves collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to implement digital engineering standards, maintain documentation, and contribute to value engineering and design optimization. The BIM Modeler will also assist in preparing model-based drawings, schedules, and reports required for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience creating and managing coordinated 3D models.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to interpret plans, sections, and details for accurate model development.
• Experience as a Modeler focused on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including routing and coordination within architectural and structural models.
• Familiarity with digital engineering practices, relevant industry standards, and model-based delivery processes.
• Relevant technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in large-scale or complex construction projects and prior work with Middle East or international projects is an advantage.
