BIM Modeler

Role Description

The BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This role involves developing and maintaining accurate Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, in coordination with project engineers and architects. The BIM Modeler prepares and updates construction drawings, extracts model-based documentation, and ensures alignment with project standards and client requirements. Daily tasks include reviewing design inputs, resolving model coordination issues, and supporting the project team with visualizations, clash detection, and drawing revisions. The role also requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and precise delivery of BIM outputs throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficient in CADD for 2D drafting and REVIT for 3D plumbing and utilities modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience in model creation and coordination.
• Knowledge of Model Development Standards.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building projects.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
• Experience with large or complex projects and prior work in an engineering consultancy environment is an advantage.
