POSITION PURPOSE

We are looking for experienced BIM Modelers with expertise on Civil Structural and Architectural (CSA) to support local and international projects in the commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. The role focuses on developing and maintaining Civil, Structural, and Architectural BIM models, construction documentation, and project deliverables using industry-leading BIM technologies.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop and maintain Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Produce construction documentation including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details.
• Create renderings, visualizations, and presentation materials using Enscape and related software.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve model and design coordination issues.
• Conduct model reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure project compliance.
• Manage BIM data, model collaboration, and project files through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Support BIM Coordinators, Design Leads, and Project Managers in delivering project milestones.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of BIM modeling and construction documentation experience.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, project coordination, and Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Experience in architectural and structural design documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
