Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and manage discipline-specific (Architectural, Structural, MEP) BIM models with moderate complexity.
Generate accurate 2D drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from models.
Ensure all model elements comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company standards.
Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve coordination issues at the modeling level.
Perform regular model audits and ensure data integrity across project files.
Support BIM Coordinators and Senior BIM Specialists in model integration, clash detection, and quality reviews.

Qualifications

Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, or related technical course with or without licensed.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in BIM modeling.
Proficient user of Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related tools.
Knowledgeable in interpreting construction drawings and preparing related documentation.
