We are seeking an experienced
BIM Manager | Revit Lead to provide technical leadership and drive the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of BIM and CAD standards across a diverse portfolio of signage and wayfinding projects.
This role goes beyond technical production. As our Revit subject matter expert, you will influence how projects are designed, documented, and delivered by establishing best practices, mentoring project teams, and championing innovation throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
BIM & CAD Leadership
- Lead BIM coordination efforts across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Set up and manage sign location plans and message schedules within architectural Revit models.
- Perform model coordination and clash detection, identifying and resolving conflicts early in the design process.
- Establish and maintain project-specific BIM and CAD standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company-wide drafting and modeling standards.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance BIM libraries, templates, families, and digital resources.
- Continuously evaluate and improve BIM processes to increase efficiency and project quality.
Team Development & Support
- Serve as the firm's primary Revit and CAD expert.
- Train, mentor, and support designers and technical staff on BIM workflows and standards.
- Troubleshoot BIM and CAD-related project issues and provide effective solutions.
- Lead internal coordination meetings focused on workflow optimization and technical excellence.
- Research emerging technologies, software tools, and industry trends to improve project delivery and team performance.
Project Collaboration
- Participate in project kickoff meetings to establish BIM requirements and technical workflows.
- Support the development of architectural and engineering drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
- Assist with proposals, project documentation, and client communications when needed.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet Jones Worley's quality standards for accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical certification, formal Revit training, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an architectural environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and design workflows.
- Experience developing, implementing, and enforcing BIM standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience with signage, wayfinding, environmental graphic design, or experiential design projects.
- Familiarity with Navisworks and BIM clash detection processes.
- Experience with SketchUp or other 3D modeling software.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools such as LISP, VBA, or ARX.
- Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Newforma, or similar project collaboration platforms.
