BIM Coordinator (Project Based)

Group3 Design Studio is an architecture and interior design firm with over 35 years of experience, specializing in corporate workplace and commercial interior projects. We work closely with local and multinational clients to deliver thoughtful, coordinated, and technically sound design solutions.

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to support our design and project teams in developing, coordinating, and maintaining BIM models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating between architects, interior designers, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Coordinate architectural, interior design, and consultant models
• Identify and resolve design and model clashes
• Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards
• Assist in developing BIM standards, templates, families, and workflows
• Produce and coordinate drawings and documentation generated from BIM models
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and other consultants
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical issues
• Maintain model integrity, naming conventions, worksets, and project documentation
• Support the project team in implementing BIM processes from design through construction documentation
• Assist in improving the company's BIM workflows and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in BIM/Revit coordination, preferably in architecture, interiors, or construction
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and documentation processes
• Strongly familiar with Clash Detection (MEEPFS)
• Experience coordinating architectural and MEPF models is an advantage
• Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD, and other related software is an advantage
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a design team
