We're Hiring: Billing Specialist (Hybrid | Makati, Philippines)

Join our client's growing team as a Billing Specialist and play a key role in onboarding and supporting reseller partners in a fast-paced telecom billing environment. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in billing operations, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Department: SkySwitch Billing Services Onboarding

What You'll Do

As a Billing Specialist, you'll support reseller onboarding and billing system setup by:

* Processing orders, tickets, and account data

* Setting up billing profiles and reseller accounts in platforms like Rev.io and Datagate

* Managing product catalogs, usage plans, and billing configurations

* Coordinating with onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner activation

* Providing timely support to reseller billing inquiries

* Maintaining tracking sheets and ensuring data accuracy across systems

What We're Looking For

* At least 3 years of experience in onboarding, billing, or partner support

* Background in telecommunications billing or billing reconciliation

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

* Comfortable working with spreadsheets, billing platforms, and ticketing tools

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
