We are seeking a structurally minded, detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. In this vital corporate finance role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle-generating accurate client invoices, managing monthly pre-bills, and coordinating directly with international managers and partners to track billing statuses. Operating onsite on a US-aligned night shift, you will serve as a key point of contact for resolving client payment anomalies while maintaining absolute data confidentiality within a collaborative team structure.

Your Impact

• End-to-End Invoice Processing: Prepare, thoroughly review, proofread, and distribute comprehensive client invoices within the core accounting software environment.

• Pre-Bill Management & Workflows: Generate and distribute monthly pre-bills to appropriate billing partners, providing direct layout and processing assistance to managers and partners.

• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate actively with regional firm managers and partners to verify complex rate structures, validate ledger accuracy, and prevent billing anomalies.

• Status Reporting & Transparency: Construct and send structured billing cycle updates to international stakeholders to keep leadership fully informed of working capital positions.

• Custom Format Layouts: Create and adapt specific digital invoicing formats to dynamically accommodate unique client billing briefs or specific partner needs.

• Client Dispute Resolution: Contact clients directly via phone and email to resolve complex billing inquiries, coordinate payment timeline fixes, and maintain strong corporate relationships with ordinary courtesy and tact.

• Growth Team Support: Execute specialized financial data projects as assigned by leadership within a rapidly scaling corporate finance team.

What You Bring

• The Experience:Minimum of 2 years of solid accounting, finance, or dedicated billing experience. Prior experience working within a professional services ecosystem (such as a law firm, accounting agency, or BPO firm) is strongly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Robust PC capabilities to efficiently enter, manipulate, and retrieve financial ledger information. Hands-on experience using MS Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams is required.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to evaluate transaction irregularities and resolve workflow issues by choosing from clear-cut, logical alternatives.

• Soft Skills & Professionalism: High interpersonal capabilities to communicate with all levels of personnel, attorneys, and clients while maintaining strict data confidentiality. You are an adaptable professional who welcomes structural feedback.

• Credentials:Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and commercial experience.
