The role
The Billing Supervisor will lead to the reconciliation and closure of all open logistics-related payments in preparation for the upcoming system transition next year. This role is critical in ensuring all historical vendor transactions (transport and warehouse) are validated, resolved, and formally closed through documented confirmation (quitclaims).
The position requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and communication skills to drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders, including Payments, Transport, Warehouse teams.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Billing Reconciliation & Closure
- Vendor Settlement & Quitclaim Management
- Cross-functional Coordination – acts as primary liaison between payments or finance team, transport operations, and warehouse teams
- Team Leadership - supervise and guide the billing team in executing reconciliation activities
- Reporting & Progress Tracking – maintenance of dashboards or trackers
- Process Improvement - identify gaps in billing and reconciliation processes and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence of aged payables.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
- Has experience in billing, accounts payable, or logistics finance and can operate confidently
- Has experience working with logistics operations (transport and warehouse)
- Is proficient in SAP ERP Systems
- Brings strong skills in reconciliation and vendor management
- Has strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization
- Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
