In this role, your mission is to maintain accurate and compliant billing for our clients. You will make a direct impact by:
- Executing billing implementations that set a solid foundation for new client relationships
- Conducting detailed audits to identify and resolve discrepancies across prior periods
- Processing adjustments and updates that ensure integrity across financial records
This Role Is for You If
Experience:
- You have at least 2+ years of experience in billing, finance, or a related field
- Exposure to billing implementations or audits is highly valued
Technical Skills:
- Youre proficient in billing software and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Midmarket Billing or Tax Services Billing (APTM) is a plus
Non-Negotiables:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Bonus Points:
- You&aposve worked on billing clean-up or audit projects
- You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams
