Payroll & Billing Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise and manage a team of billing specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee all billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Review and approve billing reports and invoices before they are sent to clients
- Develop and implement procedures to improve billing processes and ensure compliance with regulations
- Resolve billing and payment issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records of billing activities and transactions
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
Billing Supervisor Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll & billing environment
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll & billing or a related field
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software
