Education:
Must have at least an educational attainment equivalent to a college/bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or other related courses.
Senior High School Graduate is okay but with TESDA NC III Bookkeeping Certification.
Experience:
Those with at least one year experience in billing & payables are preferred. Especially in Real Estate setting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with billing software, MS Excel, and general computer applications.
Scanning & sending emails (proof of payments) in timely manner.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication (written/verbal), problem-solving, time management, detail orientation, and customer service.
Knowledge in account reconciliation is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Invoicing:
Create, review, and send accurate invoices and billing statements.
Payment Processing: Process incoming payments, issue receipts, and post payments to accounts.
Customer Follow-up: Contact developers via phone/email for resolving billing discrepancies, and address concerns.
Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date client account records and financial documentation.
Reconciliation: Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
Reporting: Prepare payment summaries and reports for management.
Salary & Compensation:
Php 19,000 to 23,000 (Depends on Skills & Qualification)
13th Month Pay
HMO upon Regularization (6 Months Probationary)
