Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures the timely fulfillment of all orders
- Monitors the status of both processed and unprocessed orders and provides data for all reports
- Properly checks/verifies all forwarded SO/PO forwarded by the Sales Department before the issuance of OBD
Qualifications
- College graduate of any 4-year Business or Accounting course (with available TOR and Diploma)
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years related work experience as Billing Clerk / Staff
- Computer literate (SAP, ERP, MS Office, WPS, Google Workspace)
- With good oral and written communication skills in Tagalog or English
- Willing to render overtime, holiday, and Sunday duty when needed
- Willing to join the team with relocation to Dasmarias, Cavite after 1 to 2 years
