Job Description:
Update and complete common CE Trackers.
Update and complete AP Invoice Tracker.
File management: Filing of physical copy of documents & invoices.
Other ad hoc task from Billing Manager.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Finance-related course
At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Billing or as Accounting Assistant.
Knowledge in basic Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 applications
Trainable and requires minimum supervision.
