About the Role

The Billing and Monitoring Manager will be responsible in supervising all activities and staff in the billing function. He/She will oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure timely and accurate billing of customer.

Responsibilities

• Review the work of billing personnel to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed
• Ensure billings are submitted to DepEd Regional Payroll Servicing Unit on time
• Ensure that billing personnel immediately executes remedial actions for problematic billings
• Provide timely and accurate reports to the Salary Loans Group Head and other business units
• Regular discussion of billing and collection matters with other business units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Has 2-3 yrs experience as Billing Assistant and background in salary loans operations
• Must have knowledge of DepEd loan products and billings
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
